Well last week Friday we headed to Chicago to visit Honey and Grandpa for a couple days. We had a wonderful relaxing time as always. We even experienced Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, and Chicago Hot Dogs all in one day! good thing we went for a walk in the afternoon:).
I love being with family and friends and not really having to do anything special, just being together and hanging out is all you need. As we said this weekend, Life is made up of all the little moments. 
In other news, we are doing some minor construction in our house. We are finally having someone do our Banquette seating in our kitchen ! I have dreamed of this since the day we walked in our house, so I feel completely blessed to finally have it done. Here are a few pics of before (sorry it's all cleared out already but all this has got to come out before the seating goes in. 
Also I just had to put this pic up, we had Isaac for the night and he really enjoyed his dinner !
